Cristina is a passionate leadership coach who encourages MomCo leaders around the world as they grow in confidence and influence. Based in Germany, she loves helping women strengthen their teams, build healthy communities, and live out their everyday faith in ways that positively impact their families and the world around them.

Lorraine is a MomCo Global board member and experienced leadership mentor with more than 16 years of involvement in MomCo. She is passionate about helping women grow as leaders in their families, communities, workplaces, and ministries.

Bona is the founder of MomCo Albania, a Global Ministry Developer for the Balkans and the Middle East, and a certified Life Coach. She helps women discover their God-given potential and grow in confidence, purpose, and leadership.

Adeline is a mother of three, Project Manager, Agile Coach, and experienced ministry leader. As a Global Ministry Developer with MomCo, she is passionate about encouraging moms through honest stories, practical wisdom, and faith-filled support for everyday life.
Hungary
Meg is a mom of three raising her family bilingually and biculturally in Budapest with her Hungarian husband. She is passionate about faith, family, and the supportive community MomCo creates, and loves encouraging moms to embrace everyday life with Jesus by their side. As a Global Ministry Developer for Western & Central Europe, she sees how God changes families and communities through moms who love Him!

Ștefania is a Christian psychologist, systemic couple and family psychotherapist, trainer, supervisor, and president of the Association of Christian Counselors in Romania. A wife and mother, she is passionate about helping people build healthier relationships by combining psychological insight with Christian faith, honest conversations, and practical support for meaningful personal and relational growth.

Eva is a wife, mom of three, and founder of ISHA Today, a platform helping women grow in their relationship with God through biblical studies and Christian resources. Originally from Romania and now based in Vienna, she is passionate about making biblical truth practical and accessible, serving others, and encouraging women, children, and teenagers in their faith.

Andra is a visual artist, missionary with OM Austria, and mom of three. Born in Romania and raised in Vienna, she combines her background in theology with creativity to share the Gospel and encourage others in their faith. Through Art of Worship, youth ministry, and her own story of loss and healing, she is passionate about helping women discover and use their God-given gifts.
