Privacy Policy

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of tickets for and participation in the MomCo event in Vienna organized by Baptistengemeinde Bethel Wien.

The event is held under the name of and in cooperation with The MomCo. Baptistengemeinde Bethel Wien is the contractual partner responsible for local ticket sales and event organization.
REGISTRATION AND TICKETS
Participation requires a valid registration and, where applicable, full payment of the ticket price.
The registration becomes binding once the booking has been completed and payment has been successfully processed.
Tickets are intended for the registered attendee. Any transfer of a ticket requires prior approval from Baptistengemeinde Bethel Wien.
The attendee is responsible for providing complete and accurate registration information.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
The applicable ticket price is displayed during the booking process.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. A ticket is valid only after successful payment.
Any additional fees will be shown before the booking is completed.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All ticket purchases are final.
Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded after the purchase has been completed. No refund will be provided if an attendee is unable to attend, arrives late, leaves the event early, or does not use the ticket.
Tickets for this event relate to a leisure service provided on a specific date. Therefore, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply pursuant to Section 18(1)(10) of the Austrian Distance and Outward Transactions Act (FAGG).

EVENT CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the program, schedule, speakers, content, or venue where necessary.
Such changes do not automatically entitle attendees to a refund, provided that the overall nature of the event remains substantially unchanged.
If the event is cancelled by Baptistengemeinde Bethel Wien, ticket fees already paid will be refunded. Further claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
PARTICIPATION AND CONDUCT
Attendees must behave respectfully and follow reasonable instructions from the event team and venue staff.
Disruptive, discriminatory, threatening, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the event.
A refund is not provided where an attendee is removed because of their own conduct.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND RECORDINGS
Photographs, videos, and audio recordings may be created during the event.
The processing and use of such recordings are explained in our Privacy Policy.
Attendees who do not wish to appear in recordings should contact us before the event or notify the registration or media team at the venue.
EVENT CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Presentations, recordings, documents, branding, and other event content remain the property of Baptistengemeinde Bethel Wien, The MomCo, the respective speakers, or other rights holders.
Event content may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, published, or commercially used without prior permission.
Personal notes and reasonable social media sharing are permitted, provided that the rights and privacy of speakers and other attendees are respected.
LIABILITY
Participation in the event is at the attendee’s own responsibility.
Baptistengemeinde Bethel Wien is liable in accordance with applicable law. Liability is not excluded for intentional conduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or where liability cannot legally be limited.
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. We accept no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged property unless the loss or damage was caused by conduct for which we are legally responsible.
A contractual exclusion of liability for intentional or grossly negligent damage is not permitted under Austrian consumer law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Austrian law.
